IoT Long Range Wireless Push Button Transmitter
NCD IoT Wireless Push Button transmitters make it easy to transmit alerts when the on-board button is pressed. This IoT long range wireless push button transmitter includes a single push button, transmitting an alert when a button is pressed, transmit another alert when the button is released. Use this device as a security checkpoint transmitter, sending a wireless notification when a security guard reaches and monitors scheduled checkpoint locations. This device is also useful as a customer assistance or service request transmitter, sending an alert to notify staff when a customer needs attention. This device may also be used as a restaurant or hotel call button.
Powered by two AA batteries, users can expect up to 500,000 transmissions or up to 10 years of battery life depending on environmental conditions and the transmission interval required for your application. Optionally, this sensor may be externally powered. This IoT Wireless Push Button transmitter will send wireless push notifications over a distance of up to 2 miles using the included antennas (line of sight) or up to 28 miles using high-gain antennas. This wireless push notification transmitter works by sending data as soon as it detects an open or closed contact (any change on input). Additionally, this contact closure transmitter will send periodic data, indicating the input status as well as the battery level, just to let you know it’s alive and well.

Transmission Interval
This device sends data periodically, based on user-preset timing intervals and on state change of the contact closure inputs.

Not for use in outdoor applications or for use in excessive temperature conditions. Prolonged freezing will prevent batteries from functioning until thawed, using extended temperature range industrial batteries (included) may improve the useful temperature range. Extended freezing applications should use a full-time powered solution. Prolonged exposure to extreme humidity conditions may damage this device. Exposure to high temperatures may cause the batteries to leak, causing permanent damage to this device. NCD Warranty does not cover battery corrosion or use in excessively smoky environments under any circumstances.

Compatibility Notes
When using an 900HP-S3B communication module, it is essential that you use the ZIGMO_PCB to configure the module settings. Long-Range wireless sensors may be programmed over the air without removing the communications module.
A 900HP-S3B Modem or a gateway of some kind that support the 900HP-S3B communications module will also be required.
