It’s a battery-powered industrial sensor that reads pressure through a 1/4" NPT connection and sends the data wirelessly to a gateway. You get ±0.5% full-scale accuracy, on-board temperature, wide media compatibility, and years of battery life, with no monthly fees.

Pick the range that brackets your working pressure with some headroom, options span low-pressure air up to high-pressure hydraulics. Sizing the range to your process keeps the ±0.5% full-scale accuracy meaningful, since accuracy is a percentage of the full range.

No. This sensor is not rated for vacuum or sustained negative pressure, long-term exposure can damage the sensing element. If you need to measure below atmospheric or in both directions, NCD builds a dedicated wireless differential-pressure sensor with the right element for that job; talk to an engineer and we’ll point you to it.

Ranges run from 0–20 psi up to 0–10,000 psi, selected by variant, at ±0.5% full-scale accuracy with ±0.3% FS/year long-term stability, so each unit holds its calibration across long deployments.

Wireless & Power

Each sensor sends readings to a gateway over a long-range wireless link, up to 2 miles line-of-sight (about 1000 ft in dense urban areas). Sensors relay through a mesh, so one gateway collects from many sensors across a large or multi-building site.

Just the sensor and one gateway. A single gateway talks to many sensors at once, so you add sensors without adding infrastructure. Wi-Fi isn’t required, though a Wi-Fi/MQTT gateway is an option if you have it, and cellular gateways cover remote sites with no local network.
