Industrial NDIR CO2 Measurement

Measures CO2 from 400 to 5,000 ppm to ±(60 ppm + 5% of reading) with 10 ppm repeatability. The NDIR sensor is fully calibrated and linearized, temperature-compensated, and uses a built-in reference channel for superior long-term stability.

Temperature & Humidity, Too

An industrial-grade element reports temperature and relative humidity alongside the CO2, to an accuracy of ±0.8 °C and ±6% RH and a resolution of 0.1 °C and 0.4% RH, across -10 to +60 °C (14 to 140 °F) and 0 to 95% RH. A complete environmental picture from one device.

Long-Range Wireless

Reach up to 2 miles line-of-sight on the on-board antenna over a self-healing wireless mesh, with encrypted communications, without running a single wire.

Enclosure Rated by Version

The external-probe version seals its electronics enclosure to IP65 and does the sensing on a vented probe outside it, which is what suits dusty areas and washdown. The enclosure-mounted version has to breathe to read the room it sits in, so its housing is vented and intended for indoor use rather than IP-sealed. Pick the one that matches where it goes.

Long Battery Life

Battery life is set by how often the sensor reports. A slower reporting interval stretches a D-cell with Supercap a long way, and reporting faster trades runtime for resolution. You pick the interval, battery level ships with every transmission, and an optional external power connector settles the question wherever mains power is available.

Enclosure or Probe, Battery or Wired

Four ways to order. First pick where the sensing element sits, then pick how the sensor is powered. Each is a different box, but they run the same software and raise the same alerts.

Enclosure-Mounted

The sensing element lives inside the enclosure with the electronics, so the housing is vented to let room air reach it. One box on a wall or a magnet, nothing exposed to knock loose, and intended for indoor use. This is the default for open rooms, warehouses, greenhouses, and grow spaces, where the air you care about is the air around the box.
