Introducing NCD’s Industrial IoT Wireless Tilt and Inclinometer Sensor, boasting up to a 2 Mile range using a wireless mesh networking architecture. This Industrial IoT Wireless Tilt and Inclinometer Sensor incorporates a high-accuracy acceleration sensor for measuring tilt and inclination angle. These acceleration changes are used to determine mechanical movement (tilt and inclination). When Roll and Pitch angle exceeds the user define a threshold, this Industrial IoT Wireless Tilt and Inclinometer Sensor will send a wireless message to a remote gateway or modem and then go back to sleep for a pre-configured period of time. This device makes extensive use of interrupts to enter the lowest possible power state while sleeping. This device sends data once tilt has been detected and at regular intervals to “Check-in,” letting you know the Industrial IoT Wireless Tilt and Inclinometer Sensor is still in operation and ready to go to work.

Prolonged freezing will prevent batteries from functioning until thawed, using extended temperature range industrial batteries may improve the useful temperature range. Extended freezing applications should use a full-time powered solution. Prolonged exposure to extreme humidity conditions may damage this device. The sensing element is rated for use for 5 years and may be replaced. Exposure to high temperatures may cause the batteries to leak, causing permanent damage to this device. NCD Warranty does not cover battery corrosion or use in excessively smoky environments under any circumstances.
