This sensor provides a contact closure output, making it easy to integrate into many of the IoT controllers we manufacture. Use this sensor to detect the open/closed status of overhead garage doors. This magnetic door sensor features a large operation gap (2 3/4″) and a heavy duty build. This sensor was designed to mount on your garage floor, and provides a closed switch output when the door is closed. The switch opens when the door opens. This door sensor is rugged, simple to set up, and reliable for daily use.
