The NCD Custom Standalone Gateway is a pre-built, ready-to-deploy communication hub designed to receive wireless data from NCD field devices and forward that data to the network for processing. Built specifically for MASEN deployments, each gateway is fully assembled, pre-configured, and optimized for fast installation—eliminating the need for on-site setup or advanced configuration.
Functioning as the central receiver in the field, the gateway captures wireless packets from devices such as 4–20 mA transmitters, weigh-scale transmitters, pressure sensors, uptime monitors, and solar-powered repeaters. Once data is received, the gateway forwards it to the designated network endpoint, allowing remote systems to process, store, or visualize the incoming information.
Housed in a durable MASEN outdoor-rated enclosure, the standalone gateway is engineered for stable performance in demanding environments. It can be securely mounted using the MASEN Basic Hardware Kit, supporting installations on tripods, poles, and metallic surfaces. With its pre-built configuration, rugged enclosure, and seamless integration with NCD wireless devices, this gateway provides a reliable backbone for remote monitoring networks.
