The NCD Custom 4–20 mA Current Splitter is a purpose-built analog signal device designed to duplicate a single 4–20 mA sensor signal into multiple outputs. MASEN uses this splitter to allow one level sensor or analog device to feed data to multiple MASEN gateways, devices, or monitoring points, without interfering with the original signal.
This unit is designed and manufactured by National Control Devices (NCD) and is integrated into a rugged MASEN outdoor enclosure for reliable operation in remote or industrial environments. The splitter maintains the integrity of the original 4–20 mA loop while providing additional outputs for expanded monitoring, redundancy, or parallel data collection.
Its design allows MASEN field teams to extend a single level-sensor signal to multiple destinations—ideal for scenarios where both an onsite device and a MASEN gateway need access to the same exact measurement.
