The NCD Custom Machine Uptime Monitor is a rugged, industrial device designed to track machine runtime with long-term accuracy. This custom MASEN version is modified to be non-resettable, ensuring that operational hours remain permanent and tamper-proof once the device is deployed in the field. This makes it ideal for applications where runtime integrity is essential, such as performance tracking, maintenance scheduling, and operational compliance.
The device can monitor equipment uptime using various trigger methods such as dry contact closures, current-sensing inputs, or motion/magnetic detection, depending on the installation. Once active, it wirelessly reports uptime status and accumulated runtime to an NCD Gateway, enabling remote monitoring without requiring access to the equipment itself.
Built into a durable MASEN outdoor enclosure, the uptime monitor is designed for long-term use in challenging indoor or outdoor environments. When paired with the MASEN Basic Hardware Kit, it mounts securely to tripods, poles, or metallic surfaces, allowing for fast, consistent deployment across multiple field locations.
