The NCD Custom Weigh Scale Transmitter is a wireless measurement device engineered to interface directly with a load cell and transmit real-time weight data to an NCD Gateway. MASEN commonly pairs this transmitter with a Global Industries load cell, allowing the system to capture accurate, stable weight readings from field-mounted weighing platforms.
Once connected to the load cell, the transmitter converts the analog weight signal into wireless data packets and sends them to an NCD Gateway for remote monitoring. This makes it ideal for applications such as material tracking, bin or container level-by-weight monitoring, temporary site studies, or equipment load measurement.
The device is housed in a rugged Polycase outdoor enclosure, offering durable protection in demanding environments. When used with the MASEN Basic Hardware Kit, it mounts securely to tripods, poles, or metallic surfaces, providing a consistent and repeatable installation method across deployments.
